The Marbella lighthouse beach or Faro Beach is one of Marbella's smaller beaches, at 300 meters long and 35 meters wide. It is situated west of the Marbella marina and looks out over the marina boat entrance.
The marina end of Faro Beach is popular with families, as the water is quite shallow for children.
There are many restaurants on the beach's Paseo Main Ave, Ave Duque de Ahumada, and around the marina building.
The Marbella train is very close to Faro Beach and can be caught every hour under the Marbella lighthouse. The train travels along the main roads of Marbella and is a really good way to see the town.
