 | Des Snee was born in Ireland in 1956. He soon developed a great love for art and taught himself to paint, specialising in equestrian art, animal portraits and figurative work. He has been commissioned to paint many top thoroughbreds including Desert Orchid for Richard Burridge, Vintage Crop for Michael Smurfit, Sadlers Wells for Coolmore Stud and Caerleon for Coolmore Stud. Des also sells non commissioned art through selected galleries and has paintings in collections throughout the world including Ireland, Great Britain, Germany, USA, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. |

| During a spontaneous trip to Ireland, Julie Saunders with her passion for horses and art, was lucky enough to meet Des Snee. She was so impressed with his work that she asked him to commission her a painting. Des, on learning that Julie was living and working in Spain asked her if she would promote his paintings there. Julie was delighted to do so. |
