The Melia Dinamar Hotel is a four star beachfront hotel that is located one kilometer east of Puerto Banus, with its marina, boutique shops, many excellent bars, cafes, restaurants and outstanding nightlife. The hotel was completely renovated in 2006. Hotel Melia Dinamar has 221 standard rooms, 7 junior suites, 1 superior junior suite with private whirlpool on the terrace, which overlooks the sea, and 1 presidential suite of 600 m2 with a private swimming pool on the roof that has panoramic views of the sea and mountains. All have air conditioning and heating, full bathroom with hairdryer, balconies, bright furnishings, satellite television, telephone, safe, mini bar and Internet access. Breakfast is served as a buffet with cooking show services. Lunch and dinner are served in the Río Verde Restaurante which is à la carte, and the Outdoor La Hiedra Restaurant with its spectacular buffet and cooking show, that specialises in Mediterranean cuisine. There is El Patio Bar, which serves coffee and snacks during the day and cocktails until 2:00 am, to the background sound of a pianist. The pool bar serves drinks and snacks during the warmer months of the year. The hotel has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one is rectangular in shape with a walkway bridge, the other is circular with a rock waterfall and a separate pool for children, surrounded by gardens and palm trees. There is also a indoor heated pool. Other facilities include Sauna, Turkish bath and whirlpool, a tennis court and 2 paddle tennis courts. The hotel provides massage services during the summer and for rest of the year upon request. A Mini Club for small children during the summer. Conference and meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 200 guests. And free admission to Casino Marbella, which is close to the hotel. There are over 30 golf courses within a radius of 40 kilometers, which Melia Dinamar provides reduced rates for guests.
