The Hotel Fuerte Miramar and Spa is a modern four star hotel that opened its doors in 2001, and was completely renovated in 2007. It is situated on the beachfront on the east side Marbella, just above the beginning of Marbella's promenade, and very close to Marbella's old town, with its shops, bars and restaurants.
The Fuerte Miramar & Spa Hotel has 226 rooms, each with air conditioning, heating, telephone, mini bar, safe, piped music, large bathrooms with hairdryer. All rooms include a kettle, satellite TV, pay per view channels and Internet access.

Guests can also use the sports center at El Fuerte Hotel, which is situated a short walk from Fuerte Miramar. The Hotel also has several large rooms for celebrations, conferences and other functions.
