This is the east end of the marina where the smaller boats are berthed. Also situated at this end is the dry dock boatworks.
The dry dock has a 6 ton crane and 50 ton travel lift. Boatwork services include workshops, painting and antifouling, electronics, carpentry, tapestry, and a chandlery for nautical supplies, all situated in and around the streets of Banus.
Security guards are on watch 24/7 with closed circuit TV, and can provide an alarm system for a boat on request.
